Appointment Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes it may be necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, we kindly request that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

If you provide less than 24 hours notice, we may not be able to fill your appointment time, and this can result in lost time and income for our therapists. Therefore, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice. If you do not show up for your appointment and do not provide any notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee of 50%

If you are running late for your appointment, please call to let us know. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that we may need to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to be flexible and accommodating if you have to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we do ask that you please let us know as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements accordingly.
